The new and expanded Stoll range of ProfiLine front loaders is said to improve capacity, performance, operating safety and serviceability. The new models will be on stand of UK and Ireland importer Lynx Engineering at LAMMA 2022.
Equipped with a stronger double-acting lifting cylinder for more lift power, engineers have further improved the Z-Kinematics technology by lengthening the lower lift arm to provide increased lifting height. The cross bar has also been optimally positioned for maximum operating visibility.
The German loader manufacturer has eliminated the need to regularly replace hydraulic hoses by swapping rubber for wear-free steel hydraulic pipework. Accessible under the beam, the fully protected hydraulic lines can be connected and disconnected with one hand. Fitted with oversized large pin diameter and bushing, the lubrication points are said to be easily accessed.
The increasing number of loader function options planned for the near future include Work Area Restrictions, a system of sensors which, for example, can automatically restrict loader height when working in barns with low overhead space.
Payload Weighting will also be available, enabling operators to weigh the load in real time for bucket work or when handling bales, silage, big bags and pallets. These new systems, together with electronic self-levelling, will sit alongside existing features.
Designed for tractors from 50-300hp+, the next generation ProfiLine loaders, which are available with boom work lights and cameras, will be available to order from Lynx Engineering dealers early next year.
