An all-electric Loadall 525-60E raising funds for the NSPCC charity will be among the JCB equipment exhibited by Scot Agri at this year’s Royal Highland show.
Built by a team of 36 JCB apprentices, who have all signed the engine cover, the special version of the telehandler features a vinyl wrap incorporating the handprints of 20 pupils from schools close to the company’s world HQ in Staffordshire.
Together with a portable power pack also built by the apprentices, the 525-60E will be auctioned to add funds to the company’s Platinum Jubilee NSPCC appeal, which aims to raise thousands of pounds for the children’s charity.
