Two hydraulic cylinders steer the rear rotor to the left and right. When the spool valve is actuated, the rear rotor swings out on the correct side and the pre-select for folding the hydraulic swath curtain is included. The new rake can form one or two swaths, depending on how the rear rotor is positioned in relation to the front.
An additional linkage between the front pivot point of the main frame and the hydraulic cylinders is said to optimise the overlap of the two rotors when cornering.
Basic control is standard on the Top632A with Curvetech. This allows single swath, double swath, park and transport modes to be selected. Tandem axles are standard.
