The intelligent SAME Galileo system wasn’t just a big hit with Bologna visitors but also with the Tractor of the Year jury, which presented the concept with a design award. Developed by engineers at the Italian Treviglio facility, the cab concept impressed judges the following year at the 2001 Agritechnica, from where the Galileo returned to Italy with one of the German show’s prestigious silver medals.
