We’ve been to see one of the two pre-production models of the VT5536, a higher capacity and more powerful four-wheeled self-propelled Vredo Trac
Vredo afficionados will know that its self-propelled portfolio already includes the four-wheeled VT4556, a 19.5mÑ machine powered by a 450hp Scania engine. This popular Trac remains in the price list, but the recent launch of the Ploeger AT5104 and Vervaet Quad, both of which are more powerful and can carry more slurry, gave Vredo the final incentive to develop the 22mÑ VT5536 (550hp, third generation, six-cylinder).
