TRACTOR TEST: In the second part of the big 300hp tractor comparison, we look at handling and operation of the seven competitors.
After measuring engine power and fuel consumption as we as field of vision, noise level etc., we assess how the tractors are operated in day-to-day work. For this part of the test, the tractors were used for four weeks on a large farm in Denmark where they were hitched to a variety of implements. They also had to pull a loaded trailer on the road circuit. The final results are based on evaluating the questionnaires from the nine test drivers.
