Don’t judge a tractor by the badging on its bonnet. Though outwardly identical, the two John Deere 6910s – one with AutoQuad, the other with AutoPowr – are very different machines, and behave
accordingly.
First up, and significantly, the new AutoPowr’s six-cylinder engine is fitted with the new VP44 electronic injection pump from Bosch, which largely accounts for the differences in tractor torque and performance characteristics.
