With roughly 1.3 million dairy cows, Wisconsin is often referred to as ‘America’s Dairyland’. A million of these animals are raised on ‘small’ farms with less than 700 cows. The remainder are on larger enterprises that are strictly regulated by the state. One such farm is Rosendale Dairy.
