The first prototype of the new Sulky power harrow drill combination was shown at SIMA last spring. We caught up with a 4.0m Progress P50 in France to learn what is new
When it came to developing the new range of power harrow mounted pneumatic drills the Sulky development team focused on two main areas. Firstly the hopper could be split up to three ways, each with its own separate metering system allowing farmers to sow more products in one pass, be it companion cropping, grain and fertiliser or adding slug pellets. Secondly the machine needed better ergonomics, with improved ease of operation.
