At Agritechnica, New Holland will be unveiling its new generation of high-horsepower tractors, the T8 Genesis. Not much has changed on the outside, but in the cab there’s been a major revamp of the controls and layout. We caught up with one of the pre-production units working in the UK
If you know your blue tractor history, then you’ll know the Genesis 70-Series was a massive leap forward for the then Ford tractor brand. Follow the family lineage through to the modern day New Holland, and the T8 is a very different beast again. Though the new T8 still shares the same looks with previous T8, the re-introduction of the Genesis name hints at the significance of the next leap in electronic capability and control configuration … a new beginning for T8, so to speak.
