No workshop can do without a decent compressor for an adequate air supply. First and foremost, air is needed for correctly inflating tyres (a task that’s otherwise avoided if it’s going to take an age). And then there’s a whole raft of pneumatic tools that are serious and sensible alternatives to their electric and battery-powered tool equivalents.
