Among the topics on our drill test questionnaire were how easy is it to adjust the seedbed tools or hopper level sensor and exactly how much power is required to pull each of these machines? To answer these questions we brought together eight 6.0m cultivator drills to East Germany. Why 6.0m you ask? Well this is now the most popular size of drill on the UK market and accounts for around a third of the Irish trailed cultivator drills where 4.0m is still the breadwinner.
