Zetor tractor show starts in Ireland The fifth edition of Zetor’s annual tractor show recently kicked off in Ireland and will subsequently be moving on to Great Britain, and during the next eight months Zetor models will be on display in almost 120 locations in 15 European countries. “The purpose of the show is not only to present all our innovations, but also gain feedback which we evaluate and take into account when developing new products,” said director Adam Žert of the sales and marketing department. Zetor has been making tractors since 1946, and the historical 25 K will also be on display as the event moves around Europe. Participants can also take part in a competition, the main prize being an invitation to visit Zetor’s manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic. Entrants can also win tablets and other prizes. 15,630 people attended last year’s eight-month journey around Europe and the company reckons the total attendance since the event started in 2011 is close to 50,000.
