Alternative colours will be available on special edition specification Kodiaks, and all models will be supplied free of charge with a 10-year belt warranty and Datatool tracking devices.
New to the range is a revised Grizzly 700 ATV with MKII 686cc engine and upgraded 14-inch wheels. The company says that this, combined with selectable 2wd/4wd with diff-lock, makes it well suited to hilly ground and wet conditions.
Operated from a switch on the handlebars, operators can move between 2- and 4wd as conditions change. The company says that this, coupled with the Ultramatic automatic CVT and adjustable suspension, makes the Grizzly easier to control and more comfortable on difficult terrain.
A new Wolverine RMAX 1000 side by side model will be launched in the UK in both SE and LE (limited edition) specifications. Both models come with a new winch, front bumper, interior lighting, dash mounted USB charger, and will retain the D-mode selector with sport, trail, and crawl modes.
A dash mounted control on the LE model allows the operator to adjust the ride quality of the suspension system (comfort, medium or firm) from inside the cab.
Speed management key technology on the LE restricts the top speed to 25km/hr without affecting power. Yamaha says this will protect both operators and machines in conditions where higher speeds are not required. The key can be removed by the owner to return it to the factory specification.
