The F-Trac tool carrier is said to be ideal for tasks including hoeing, mowing, spraying, fertilizer spreading and precision drilling.
Made by Dutch engineering company WDM, mounting the 60hp Stage V Kubota diesel to the rear of the 3.2t prototype provides the operator with an unobstructed view out through the front of the cab, and the rear platform can be used for a spray tank (currently in development) or seed/fertilizer hopper.

Top speed of the hydrostat is 25km/hr. The F-Trac is equipped with a front linkage (2.0-2.5t lift capacity) and PTO. With plenty of ground clearance to drive over an 80cm high crop, the standard track width is 1.5m although the company says the vehicle can be delivered in a range of fixed tracks widths including 1.8, 2.0 and 2.25m.
The current cab was supplied by Mazzotti, but WDM is currently exploring the possibility of developing one of its own. It is not yet known how much the F-Trac will cost.
