Krone has developed a lorry version of its GX trailer. Called the GX 520 AgriLiner, the new hauler is said to be ideal both on the road and in the field.
Joining the TX forage and GX universal trailers and Knapen KX moving floor models, the 52m³ AgriLiner comes standard with electronic forced steering and 26.5″ tyres.
Krone says that demand for lorries used to transport agricultural goods has grown steadily in recent years. Main reasons include transport routes, rising costs, the difficulty in finding skilled workers and the need to get the job done quickly.
One of the vehicles the new hauler can be towed behind is the company’s 510hp AgriTruck. The load capacity of the truck means there is no need for a third axle on the trailer.
