Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG increased its sales by more than 11% to €125 million in 2019 in its 90th anniversary year, which also saw the number of employees worldwide grow to over 1,000.
Product milestones of the past year were the launches of the BlackBird (12.0m and 15.0m) trailing shoe system, the ExaCut ECQ precision distributor and the gearless rotary lobe pump.
Keen to keep the momentum going, the company plans to continue to enlarge the product portfolio. Current examples include a wider 24m BlackBird, which we understand is close to a launch.
Another product due to hit the market sometime soon is the universal linkage UniSpread (pictured) vertically folding dribble bar. Available in working widths of 6.0m, 7.5m and 9.0m, it can be used in combination with dribble hose and trailing shoe systems.
The company is also planning to further increase manufacturing capacity at its German headquarters in Essen (Oldenburg) and build a new small parts warehouse.
