New Holland dealer Russells has acquired neighbouring New Holland dealership RES. The new owner plans to integrate RES into its agricultural business with the retention of the Harby depot near Melton Mowbray.
Russells is based in Malton in North Yorkshire with nine current depots across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Notts and Northamptonshire. The RES territory will complement the current Russells territories around the area and RES owner Bob Skinner and his team at the Harby branch will all move to the Russells team.
“We are looking forward to the challenge and opportunities the new territory provides,” comments Russell’s CEO Paul Russell. “We are delighted to welcome Bob and all the other experienced staff from RES to Russells and we all look forward to growing our business in the new area together with New Holland.”
