The full range of Richard Western trailers and spreaders are now available in eastern Canada through the dealer networks of LanAgro and Leading Edge Equipment.
Based in eastern Ontario and covering Quebec, LanAgro imports machines from a number of well-known European manufacturers. The current product portfolio includes equipment from Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands and now the UK. Similarly, Ontario-based Leading Edge Equipment represents a number of North American and European manufacturers.
“We are looking forward to supporting leading their dealer networks and growing the Richard Western brand in eastern Canada, delivering to farms of all sizes and contractors throughout the region, as we do in the UK,” comments managing director Angus Western.
Richard Western recently introduced a wide body Suffolk trailer specifically designed for the export market. This 45.0m³ one went to Australia.
In case you were wondering, the Suffolk-based company’s trailers and spreaders are available on several continents. The most important countries are Australia (McLaren Agricultural Machinery in Victoria), New Zealand (New Zealand Tractors) and Japan (Nakazawa Agrimachine Corp). Important European markets include Sweden (Etebra Maskin & Vagn) and Denmark (Western DK).
Richard Western does not yet have dealers in North America and South Africa but is keen to expand into these two markets.
