CNH Industrial aftermarket solutions and company brands Case IH, Steyr and New Holland Agriculture is working harder than ever to keep parts operations up and running and ensure dealer and customer service during the Covid-19 situation.

The health and safety of all involved parties is a key priority, including employees, dealer partners and customers, is another important message in the latest news release, and the company stresses that European parts depots are operating as usual, respecting all local government health and safety guidelines.

Transports are ongoing in most of cases with no delay versus normal delivery times and air freight deliveries across Europe have been increased, and dealer parts support and parts sales managers are working remotely throughout all European sites, is the message.

Dealers are open or available by telephone to support customers enquiring about essential parts to maintain and support field work. Technical assistance teams are also working remotely but are fully functional to support dealers and customers.

Access to technical training schools is currently suspended, however dealer technicians can remotely access a wide selection of online courses. Virtual classroom training sessions are being organised to keep dealer technicians fully updated on product technical developments.
