The standard one-year warranty on premium brand Q-series front loaders can now be extended for an additional four years.
Claimed as a world first, and available to anyone buying a new Q-series model from February 1, 2021, the Q-Care warranty extension covers unexpected failures to subframes and control systems.
Freely selectable between one and four years, in combination with the standard one-year warranty, it allows customers to protect their loader for up to five years from the date of purchase.
“Our intention is to provide peace of mind to our customers,” explains Cyril Thibaut, service marketing manager at Quicke, who adds it will also allow dealers to extend their after-sales activities.
