The short headstock on the Hit V11100 brings to the centre of gravity close to the tractor. Fitted with 10 x 1.42m diameter rotors, working width of the new mounted tedder is 10.7m.

Sitting above the Hit 8.91 (8.6m), the high centring force of the hydraulic cylinders on the newcomer is said to result in smooth roto guidance without swaying, and the preload pressure of the cylinders prevents the machine from running ahead when driving downhill. Each one is fitted with a nitrogen accumulator to cushion horizontal movements while an additional rubber buffer absorbs shocks.

The two outer rotors on each side fold through 180 degrees to reduce the transport dimensions to 3.0m (width) and 3.7m (height). Warning signs and LED road lights are standard. Options include an electric transport lock, and a jockey wheel on the pivoting headstock is said to maintain the ideal gap between the tines and the ground.

Minimum tractor power requirement of the 1.6t tedder is 90hp.
