One of the machines getting a lot of attention at the Ploughing last week was the Shake ‘n’ Rake from Malone. It combines their newly introduced rake and tedder into a grass scatter and rowing up one stop shop. The rake is basically the firm’s new Pro Form 620, a two rotor machine with an adjustable working width of 5.8-6.2m. Each rotor has 11 tine arms each fitted with two double tines. Underneath is a double bogey fitted with 16×6.5 tyres.
