The newly designed swiveling bracket on the OptiStone overload protection system automatically deflects up to 37cm upwards and 20cm to the side when the mouldboard strikes an obstacle.
Available on Juwel, Diamant and Titan models, the tripping forces are adjusted from the cab and Lemken says the large range of deflection ensures consistently disruption-free work, even when deep ploughing.
The high-strength radial spherical plain bearings are said to keep the plough bodies stable. The three plough ranges are also protected by a double-cut shear bolt.
