Amazone is the latest manufacturer to team up with Nexat. The resulting fertiliser spreader on the wide-span carrier vehicle has a 20,000l hopper and a working width of up to 42m.
The spreading units and two 10,000l hoppers come from a TS trailed machine. Adapted and combined into one system, the prototype was tested in Romania and Germany earlier this season.
This initial machine will be joined by two others for next season. Currently in production at Nexat HQ at Rieste in Germany, one of these will be sent to Romania. The other will be shipped to Brazil.
The number of manufacturers that have supplied kit for the Nexat continues to grow and currently includes Dammann, Evers, Geringhoff, Väderstad, Wienhoff, and more recently Einböck.
Others will follow, says the company, as will more kit including new implements for ultra-flat tillage. A direct drill is also coming. We expect this to break cover sometime before the end of the year.
