Front axle suspension and a front linkage and pto are just some of the new options available for the four-cyl M6001U (Utility) series.
Previewed earlier this year at LAMMA, the Kubota-powered Stage V range comprises the short 2.54m wheelbase 104hp M6-101U and 111hp M6-111U (3.8l engine), and longer 2.68m wheelbase M6-121U (123hp), M6-131U (133hp) and M6-141U (143hp). These three models use the same 6.1l block as found in the M6002 and M7003 series.
At launch, only the range-topping M6-141U was equipped with front axle suspension. This is now available as a factory-fitted option on the other four models. The front linkage and front pto package comprises a Cat IIIN format with a 2.8t lift capacity (fold-up lower link arms simplifies integration with a loader). In addition, buyers can also add a double-acting spool outlet with the front linkage, while the front pto pack comprises a 1,000rpm speed. Front mudguards are now available for the short wheelbase M6-101U and M6-111U models.
“The M6001 Utility series is proving to be a cost-effective and practical option in the 100-140hp sector,” explains Henry Myatt, M series product manager. “And to build on that success, we’ve increased the options available for those who would like that bit more versatility from their Kubota tractors.”
The extended options can be seen on M6001U models at LAMMA 2023 in January.
