New Holland’s new CR8.80 combine can be seen working at the company’s UK-wide Harvest Demonstration tour which kicks-off today (August 12) at Taunton, in Somerset. Capable of operating with a 30’ (9.1m) Varifeed table, and operating at over 50 tonnes per hour in wheat, this will be the first opportunity to see the machine in action. At each event there will be a selection of machinery supplied by the supporting dealer. Each demonstration day will feature a product walk around with New Holland staff, working demonstrations, opportunities for a ‘ride and drive’ and refreshments. The tour will visit a number of different locations in Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, County Durham, East Lothian and Midlothian, and ends on September 9 at Elgin, in Scotland.
