Case IH has strengthened its UK dealer coverage with the appointment of Davidson Tractors and John Day Engineering, two long-established family businesses.
Based in Dumfries and Galloway, Davidson Tractors extends the Case IH brand into south west Scotland while John Day Engineering will cover Berkshire, southern Oxfordshire and surroundings.
The Davidson family has been operating since 1964 from Newton Stewart, switching to the Case IH franchise after 34 years with Massey Ferguson. “Moving to Case IH represents a new opportunity for our business and we are very excited about the future,” says director Graeme Davidson.

Established 36 years ago, John Day Engineering, previously a Kubota dealer, is based in Hungerford. “The area we operate in has a wide variety of farming enterprises and with the Case IH range of tractors, telehandlers, balers and combines, we now have a comprehensive selection of products to offer our clients,” comments managing director Chris Day.
“These new dealerships, together with the addition of Cornwall Farm Machinery and Sharmans Agricultural in 2020, are helping us to expand our customer base in all corners of the UK,” comments Case IH marketing manager Charles Blessley.
