Belgian sprayer maker Beyne has acquired the land, buildings and spare parts factory of Vogel & Noot in Wartberg, Austria.  As well as making spare parts for Vogel & Noot machines the factory also produces parts for various other farm machinery brands. Sold under the ‘Premium’ parts brand, the new Belgian owner plans to resume sales of all spare parts as quickly as possible. Beyne has also acquired Agrorom, the Vogel & Noot importer in Romania, and plans to distribute its sprayer ranges through this dealer to strengthen its presence in Eastern Europe. Earlier this week Amazone bought Vogel & Noot’s Hungarian plough factory, including the rights to all the plough ranges. We understand the former Vogel & Noot sprayer business is still up for sale.
