Claas main agent Morris Corfield has opened a new purpose-built branch near Hereford. Located at Ocle Pychard, alongside the main A465 Bromyard to Hereford road, the new 2.0-acre site has been built to replace the existing Docklow premises near Bromyard, which the company had outgrown.

In addition to offices and a sizeable shop area, the new building also incorporates a larger parts storage area than at Docklow, a large workshop and plenty of outdoor space for the display and storage of machinery.

“We have been looking for the right site for a number of years,” said managing director Norman Duppa. “This site really is ideal in all respects and will enable us to provide our customers with a far better service. Its location will make it far more accessible for customers but will also be logistically easier for us.”

Based at Broseley in Shropshire, Morris Corfield is not only one of the west of England’s largest agricultural machinery dealerships, but also one of the longest established Claas dealerships. The family-owned business employs over 60 people working out of four branches serving the west of England and the Welsh borders.
