The Maschio Gaspardo Group has acquired the remaining 40% shares in Feraboli. Announced at this week’s SIMA 2015 in Paris, the rapidly expanding Italian company bought the initial 60% of the Cremona-based grass equipment manufacturer in January 2014. Part of a plan to complete its product portfolio and offer its global dealers and distributors a complete range of products, Maschio Gaspardo wasted no time in investing in the Feraboli plant. As well as three dedicated assembly lines for fixed and variable chamber balers, a new spare parts warehouse has been built and the paint shop has been renovated. “The acquisition of the remaining shares in Feraboli confirms the Maschio Gaspardo Group’s commitment to continue to invest and grow in Cremona,” says president Egidio Maschio.
