Lely has signed an agreement with Mueller to include its milk tanks, silos and ancillary products in its Europe and Asia/Pacific portfolio.
Flagged up as a move that provides added value for farmers when building or expanding their dairy operations, Lely and Mueller have been in an informal business partnership for decades.
Lely CEO Alexander van der Lely says that this latest agreement cements the long-term collaboration between the two companies and strengthens the total offering. “This new cooling proposition offers worldwide coverage alongside our existing Nautilus milk tank availability,” he said.
Mueller has been making bulk milk coolers for more than 60 years and is one of the world’s largest suppliers of milk cooling and storage solutions.
Lely employees are undergoing training on the Mueller products, which will be available within the Lely network in a phased rollout starting now.
