Sitting between the Master 153 and 183 models, the Multi-Master L extends Kuhn Farm Machinery UK’s Master mounted plough range.
Available with four, five or six bodies, there are both in-furrow and on-land formats suitable for tractors from 200hp to 300hp. On-land models can be set up to also work in-furrow.
A new working width adjustment system allows furrow width to be set at 35cm, 40cm, 45cm or 50cm without removing any bolts, and the company’s patented Pro Set system allows tool-free adjustment of levelling, offset, depth and skimmers.
Also new on the Multi-Master L is an integrated adjustable press arm that enables simultaneous furrow pressing. With a reinforced anchor, the press arm is designed for use with the heaviest rollers on the market and is adjustable either mechanically or hydraulically (optional) from the cab. The press arm is designed to allow ploughing up to the edge of the field and fits within the dimensions of the plough for transport.
As with other ploughs in the Master range, the Multi-Master L is available with traction bolt or non-stop hydraulic safety. The optional Opti-Drive headstock suspension system provides additional protection of both plough and tractor when in work or in transport.
Multi-Leader XT
Added to the company’s semi-mounted single-wheel plough range, the Multi-Leader XT is available in the UK with seven or eight bodies.
The Multi-Leader XT is suitable for tractors up to 400hp.
Suitable for tractors up to 400hp, both in-furrow and on-land versions are available (on-land version can be set up to work in-furrow). The offset adjustment capability allows the on-land version to work with dual wheel and tracked tractors up to 5.4m wide.
A new draw line correction system optimises traction and minimises plough wear, and as with the Multi-Master L, this plough benefits from tool-free adjustments to allow quick and simple set-up.
The Multi-Leader XT can also be used with a press arm and both traction bolt and non-stop hydraulic safety systems are available.
