Kuhn is extending its merger range with two new models which straddle the current 950; the 760 and 1090.
Designed for 900-1,000hp SPFHs, the Merge Maxx 1090 has the same main structure as the 950 and reaches a working width of 11.0m in central windrow position. When both 4.4m pick-ups are positioned in side-delivery position, raking width reaches 8.80m (side windrow not included).
The Merge Maxx 760 is equipped with a pair of 2.75m-width pick-ups (picks up 5.5m side-delivery and 7.5m central-delivery). Operation of both is via the same AT10 control terminal as the 950. The 1090 folds to 3.0m for transport. The plan is to have a model in the UK sometime next year.
