Located in the north-east of the country (close to Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg), the dedicated parts distribution hub, which is also able to support the US and Japan, represents an initial investment of €15m.
Covering a footprint of 20,000m², the facility currently employs around 90 staff and also holds parts for Kubota groundcare and construction products, and industrial engines.
“The development of this extensive parts centre will provide greater access and availability to further support our existing regional parts supply operation in the UK,” explains Simon Chadbone, Kubota (UK)’s business development manager for parts.
