A new hydraulic flexboard option for Kongskilde’s Vibro Master 3000 (6.50 – 8.30m) fully-mounted seedbed cultivators is designed to knock down large clods and level the soil ahead of the tines for a more consistent depth of seedbed. Equipped with the company’s Vibro Level tines spaced at 50mm intervals, the working angle of the flexboard can be continuously adjusted from the tractor cab. Kongskilde reckons this makes it easy to adjust the levelling of the soil in front of the harrow in changing field conditions. Tine wear plates can be adjusted in several steps when worn, which says the company, allows farmers to get more hectares out of the wearing parts and reduces running costs. Prices start from £15,155 for the 6.5m model with the new flexboard and rear finishing harrow. The flexboard is also available for retro-fitting to all existing Vibro Master 3000 cultivators.
