Househam Group Ltd has acquired the trade and assets of Househam Sprayers Limited, which entered administration earlier this month.
The acquisition is said to mark a significant milestone for the Lincolnshire sprayer manufacturer, putting it on a stable financial footing and providing a platform for long-term sustainability and growth.
To support this new phase of growth, a board of directors and a senior management team have been established to work alongside managing director Robert Willey.
“We are excited to relaunch under a new name whilst continuing to deliver the expertise and quality our customers and partners trust,” said Mr Willey. “This transition strengthens our foundation, ensures continuity in our services, and unlocks new growth opportunities.” It also secures the future of the 47 employees, which are being retained.
The new owner will continue to manufacture and supply self-propelled crop sprayers, and says that it is business as usual. Customers, suppliers, and partners will receive direct communication regarding administrative updates, including invoicing and contractual changes.
