The acquisition of the Polish agricultural machinery retailer increases the Grimme Group’s presence in one of Europe’s most important potato and vegetable growing regions.
Based at Brzezimierz, near Wroclaw, Agrarada sells and services root crop machinery. Founded in 1999 by Dutchman Johan Kruijthoff, Grimme was the first suppliers. Today, 20 employees work for Agrarada, which also has a branch in Ukraine.
Grimme has been active in Poland for over 40 years and in 2010 founded its own sales and service company near Poznan.
