The new front end is not the only update to the Farmall C tractors for 2025, which have also gained several new features and options.
The revamped 90-120hp range shares many of its updates with the latest New Holland T5 Dual Command range, which like the Farmall C is made at the CNH plant in Jesi, Italy. These include the increased hydraulic pump capacity of 82l/min for faster loader cycle times, and brake to neutral, both of which are ideal for working with a front loader.
There are no changes to the 3.6l four-pot FPT block or the 24-speed ActiveDrive 2 (Hi-Lo) transmission, but the new HD front axle increases the gross vehicle weight to 7.0t, and rear lift capacity is up by 7.0% to 4.7t.
Larger rear tyres up to 540/65 R38 can be fitted, fuel tank capacity is up to 130l (new design for greater ground clearance) and the repositioned exhaust provides an unobstructed view from inside the six-post cab. There is a modernised digital display, and adaptive lighting is new.
New headland management solutions include automatically engaging and disengaging the PTO during headland turns. Paired with the Auto Differential Lock, which disengages the front and rear differentials when the rear lift is raised and re-engages them when lowered. The newly designed wet disc front PTO is said to be quieter and more efficient.
Cab suspension is a new option. Others include telematics (standard and advanced packages), which provide real-time geo-location, machine monitoring, and wireless file transfer, both inside the cab or from a mobile device.
The European launch of the new range will be at the Italian EIMA show in November. Further developments across other models in the Farmall C lineup will follow in 2025.
