Available with a headstock for 3.0 or 3.5m front mowers, the maximum working width of Novacat V10000 of 10.02m is the same as the outgoing Novacat A10. The new mower combi comes with section control to automatically lift and lower individual mower units at the headland, depending on the GPS position.
With revised electronics and hydraulics, the V10000 also comes with integrated hydraulic sideshift. This allows the cutterbar to move by up to 370mm on each side when working on slopes and in field corners.
The standard control system is the latest ISObus-capable pre-select unit. The optional ISObus compatible system allows control using an ISObus tractor terminal or the new third-generation Power control, Expert 75, or CCI1200 terminal.
The Novacat V10000 can be equipped with the Collector cross conveyor belt and Cross Flow auger for merging swaths.
All functions such as individual lifting of the mower units, working width adjustment, side guard folding and transport locking are controlled directly, with some integrated into automatic function sequences.
Options include automatic adaption of the ground pressure to the working width and an automatic inclination system. This automatically shifts the mowers to prevent leaving uncut strips when working on slopes.
