Unveiled at the recent Agrosalon show in Moscow, the RSM 1370 tops the new five-model (270hp-366hp) RSM 1000 series.
Like the other four models, 1270, 1290, 1310, 1350, the flagship supports a new colour scheme and exterior styling. Powered by a Cummins QSL9 mated to a 16×9 powershift (top speed 40km/hr), the standard hydraulic system provides 208lit/min (284lit/min option).
Designed to work on Russian farms with at least 1,000ha, main uses will include ploughing and heavy cultivation work, towing trailers and slurry tankers on the road, grass mowing and silage clamp work.
Main features include good manoeuvrability (6.4m turning radius) and a long wheelbase for increased stability during heavy work. Noise levels are said to be low and the cab is claimed as one of the most spacious in its class.
The new range will come standard with LED lighting, auto-guidance ready, air brakes, 7.8t capacity rear linkage and two-speed PTO 540/1000. There will be a front linkage/pto option.
Production of the RSM 1000 series is planned to start early 2022 at a new facility on the outskirts of the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don.
