The Panoramic cab on the Claas Arion 400 tractor is one of the 75 gold medal winners of the 2016 edition of the international iF Design Award. Up against over 5,000 submissions from 53 countries, the 58-strong international jury of design experts were impressed by the way the 2.41sq.m. one-piece windscreen and glass roof panel (no connecting crossbeam) provides the driver with an unrestricted view of the front loader. This is not the first time the 400’s cab has come under the international spotlight; the design winning a gold medal at last year’s French SIMA show.
