The Alcedo organisation also owns a company called Demetra, which has the BreviAgri and AgriMaster brands, meaning that Dalbo will now become a sister company to Demetra.
The current Dalbo management will not change, the head office will remain in Denmark and the change of ownership does not affect Dalbo’s existing collaboration agreements. It is business as usual, is the message, and customers will still have the same contacts in their respective countries.
“We look forward to continuing our growth journey with the support of our new owner, who has significant resources at their disposal,” comments Dalbo CEO Carsten Jensen.
“The new ownership gives us the opportunity to continue and increase our investments in development, production, and digitisation, so that we can continue to provide our customers with the best products at competitive prices.”
