Pictures of the latest version of the Case IH Magnum are not the only ones circulating the internet. New Holland appears to have developed a new T8.
The company is saying nothing but the FPT Cursor Stage V block in the new flagship T8.460 in the picture (taken from the Facebook page of Dutch New Holland dealer Munsterman) is believed to peak at 460hp (25hp more than the current T8.435).
Other updates reportedly include a new four-post cab and a new multi-function joystick. Apparently, all radio, mobile telephone and internet functions are now integrated into the new armrest and we understand there is a new touchscreen terminal and tablet-style dashboard.
According to our Dutch colleagues at Mechaman there is also a hint of a new powershift. We understand that the new T8 will not be at SIMA next month although there may very well be some form of sneak preview. The European launch is planned for Agritechnica in November. The US launch will be earlier.
