Available with four, five or six furrows, the mounted reversible Teres 300 is said to be simple to adjust and light to pull. There are two versions; the 300V (shearbolt) and 300VS (hydraulic auto-reset).
Both come with hydraulic vari-width adjustment and front furrow adaption as standard. AutoAdapt is new. This automatically adjusts the front furrow when the overall working width is changed.
This is carried out via the parallelogram and hydraulic connection between the working width and front furrow cylinders. The technique also has a positive effect on the fuel consumption, says Amazone, since the pull line and the angle between the plough and the lower link cross shaft does not change.
Working depth adjustment is carried out either mechanically or hydraulically via the side or rear mounted support wheels. A range of tyres with different diameters and profiles are available. Other options include various skimmers or trash boards, and the Teres is available with a swivel press arm for working with a packer.
Plough turnover at the headland is said to be fast and gentle, thanks to the new SmartTurn system, and the SpeedBlade plough bodies are worth a mention. Designed to reduce wear costs, they were first introduced on the new semi-mounted reversible Tyrok 400 ploughs. More details in this link:
