Quicke tractor loader manufacturer Ålö is in the process of being sold to German commercial vehicle safety system supplier Jost Werke.

Altor Equity Partners, the current Ålö owner, expects the transaction to be finalised shortly.

The roughly 40,000 loaders made each year by the Swedish-based company are sold under the Quicke brand or to tractor OEMs. Ålö has production facilities in Sweden, US, China and France.
