American company Grouser Products has sold a few 2.5m wide silage-pushing dozer blades in Germany before, but the requests from some contractors was for a wider version. The firm’s answer to these requests is the Ag Pro 3-5. Designed for tractors from 400 to 700hp, one of the main features is the hydraulically telescoping frame, which quickly reduces the 5m working width to a road legal 3m for transport. The 3.5t machine costs approx US$40,000, and Grouser can also supply a front linkage for an extra US$17,000. By Steven Vale
