An innovation award silver medal winner, the potato crusher mechanically pulverises rejected potatoes from the trash conveyor.

Described as a sustainable and herbicide-free method of preventing the sprouting of potato residues in the following crop, the company says that it does not affect the performance of the harvester and that operating costs are low.

The potato crusher will be available as an option for the Keiler next year.
