The 3.0m road width restriction means that 3.2m is about the maximum for a front-mounted mower, which Krone reckons can result in tractor tyres running on cut grass and stripes of uncut grass when working with a rear mower on sloping land or when cornering.
Not anymore because the company will show a front disc mower conditioner that cuts 4.0m, providing plenty of overlap to eliminate striping. Called the EasyCut F400CV Fold, the two outer units fold for transport to reduce the width to under 3.0m.
