The 4,000+ visitors that attended this year’s edition of Fendt’s Fendtgüinos field day were rewarded by 559 tractors, eight combines and lots of other machines.
The 8th edition of the popular event was held in the north of the country on a 26ha farm at Cervatos de la Cueza (Palencia). the location was in a largely cereal crop growing area, but with close proximity to the vineyards in Burgos and Valladolid and livestock farms in Asturias and Galicia.
Fendt brought the full range of Vario tractors to the show from the 200 through to the flagship 1050, and visitors were able to see a wide range of machines in action from the Rogator 344 trailed sprayer to the Rotana 130 F Xtra 17 baler. The highlight of the event for many was the grand finale and a parade by more than 500 tractors.
Fendtgüinos has evolved into a major event for the Fendt community in Spain since the first one at Tordesillas (Valladolid) in 2008 (99 tractors/2,000 visitors). The next one will take place in 2021.
